JOHN DEMOS TEN YEARS ON
Remembering John Demos. It's been ten years since we lost our great friend, the artist John Demos.
He was a member of the Big Fag Press collective (among many other things!)
An excellent potter, painter, drawer, writer, printmaker, storyteller, chuckler. A perennial student. A wonderful brother. A prolific worker. He taught us about diversity and disability.
Every year in March I think of him.
This year we have decided to have a little celebration, a remembering gathering. Everyone is welcome. Come along and have a cuppa and some cake.
Bring a memory, an object, or a photo that helps share a story about John, or just come along and be together with people who love(d) Mr Demos.
